ENTRY FEES

Final 2020 pricing subject to change

Online entries close at midday Thursday 30 April. You can enter late at registration on Friday 1st May from 4–10pm, or on Saturday morning at the MTB start or Owhango Domain event base.

Family Discounts

A 15% discount is available for family groups, select Create a Family in the registration page and this will be automatically applied when you get through to the final payment stage.

Note: Family consists of 1-2 adults - and 1-4 children under 18. (Minimum 1 adult + 1 child to be eligible).

Group Discounts

A 10% discount is available for groups of 10+ people, please email registrations@totalsport.co.nz for a discount code or to organise a group invoice.

Purchasing Event Apparel, Bus transport, and Meals

If you would like to purchase a Tongariro National Park Tee, T42 trucker cap, bus transport, or post-event dinner ticket please do so while entering the event. If you missed booking these entering, just click to amend through your confirmation email and you can add the items to your entry. If you can’t locate your confirmation email, please email registrations@totalsport.co.nz

Event refundS and withdrawalS

As per the registration waiver there are no refunds if you withdraw from an event. We do offer credits which last for 12 months and can be used towards any Total Sport owned event in that time minus a $15 admin fee. Please email registrations@totalsport.co.nz if you withdraw from the event before online registrations close.

In the very unlikely event that we are forced to cancel an event due to bad weather, there will be no refunds available.

Changing distances

You can change distances prior to online registrations closing. This is possible through your online registration, click to amend through your confirmation email. If you can’t locate your registration confirmation, please email registrations@totalsport.co.nz. Note: There are no partial refunds if downgrading.

entry Transfers

Transfers from one person to another within the event will be possible with an administration fee of $15. Please email us at registrations@totalsport.co.nz to get an entry code to pass on to the person taking your place.

Age Restrictions

48km MTB, Marathon and Half Marathon

• 15yrs to 18yrs – Guardian permission required

• 12yrs to 14yrs – Child must be accompanied by guardian

• Under 12yrs – Not able to participate in these distances

6.5km and 11km

• 15yrs to 18yrs – Guardian permission required

• 14yrs and under – Child must be accompanied by guardian
